I Am Now Presence · Apple Vision Pro
I Am Now Presence is a Vision Pro app, currently a visionOS prototype, for a real-time voice conversation with your own AI presence in the space around you. It ships with a self-contained Demo and, for people who run their own assistant, an optional connection to a gateway you own. We operate no assistant server and collect no conversations.
A complete demonstration that does not connect to an assistant or voice-service account. Spoken input uses Apple's speech recognition, which may use Apple's services depending on your device configuration. We do not receive your conversation.
Connect the app to an assistant server that belongs to you. Your words go to your server and nowhere else; replies come back into the room. Bring-your-own voice synthesis is available the same way, with your own key.
Demo mode is the default and needs no account or assistant server. Your spoken input uses Apple's speech recognition, which may use Apple's services depending on your device configuration; the demo does not send your conversation to a server operated by us.
The app listens only while you press Speak, and converts your words to text with Apple's speech recognition. visionOS will ask for microphone and speech permissions on first use; you can change either at any time in Settings.
If you run your own assistant server, point the app at it and your transcribed words go to that server — yours, on your hardware or infrastructure, under your control. We never operate a server in between and never see your conversations.
If you add your own ElevenLabs API key, the assistant's text replies are spoken aloud through your ElevenLabs account. This is off unless you turn it on, the app tells you plainly before first use, and the key is stored in the system Keychain. ElevenLabs may retain reply text and generated audio under your account and plan settings — that history is yours to manage and delete in ElevenLabs; we never receive it.
Check that microphone and speech recognition permissions are granted in Settings, then hold Speak while talking — the app records nothing until you press it and stops when you release.
Transcripts, the approval history, and the operator audit log live only on your device: clear Activity in the app to erase them. If you added an ElevenLabs key, remove it in the app — it lives in the system Keychain, so remove it before deleting the app if you want it gone. Microphone and speech permissions can be revoked at any time in Settings.
Write to us — a person reads every message. Include your visionOS version and whether you were in Demo mode or connected to your own gateway, and we'll take it from there.
The whole policy fits in a few honest paragraphs: your voice is processed to do what you asked, your data stays under your control, and we collect nothing — no accounts, no analytics, no tracking.
