Privacy Policy
The short version: your voice is processed to do what you asked, your data stays under your control, and we operate no assistant server or conversation-collection service.
What the app does with your microphone
When you press Speak, the app listens and converts your words to text using Apple's speech recognition. Depending on your device's configuration, Apple's speech service may process audio as described in Apple's own privacy documentation. The app records nothing until you press Speak, and stops when you release.
Where your words go
Demo mode, the default: your transcribed words are not sent to an assistant server or voice service. Spoken audio may still be processed by Apple's speech recognition as described above, depending on your device configuration. We do not receive it.
Your gateway: if you connect the app to your own assistant server, your transcribed text is sent to that server — yours, on your hardware or infrastructure, under your control. We never see it.
Optional voice service: if you add your own ElevenLabs API key, the assistant's text replies are sent to ElevenLabs to be turned into speech, under your ElevenLabs account and their privacy terms. This is off unless you turn it on, and the app tells you plainly before the first use. ElevenLabs may retain the reply text and the generated audio under your ElevenLabs account and plan settings; you manage and delete that history in ElevenLabs. We do not receive it and cannot delete it for you.
What stays on your device
Transcripts, the approval history, and the operator audit log are stored locally on your device and never transmitted by us. Your ElevenLabs key, if you add one, is stored in the system Keychain.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no servers of ours. We cannot see your conversations, your audio, or your logs.
Your choices
Clear Activity in the app to erase transcripts, the approval history, and the audit log. Remove your ElevenLabs key at any time in the app — it is stored in the system Keychain, so remove it in the app before deleting the app if you want it gone. Revoke microphone or speech permissions at any time in Settings.
